- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- 4-6 flatbreads
- plain yoghurt
- fresh mint leaves

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C.
- Place the pre-bought flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes, or until the flatbreads are slightly crispy.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until softened about 2 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the lamb to the pan and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the cumin, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the spices to blend with the lamb.
- Add the pine nuts to the lamb mixture and cook until they are lightly toasted.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Remove the flatbreads from the oven and spoon the spiced lamb mixture evenly over each flatbread, spreading it out to cover the surface.
- Top with a dollop of plain yoghurt, fresh mint leaves, and pomegranate seeds.
