Grilled Chicken with Satay Sauce
Another classic in my household is this Grilled Chicken with Satay Sauce which can be made quickly and tastes so incredible.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Preheat your griddle pan to medium-high heat.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked through (depending on size).
- In a small saucepan, combine the coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic and grated ginger.
- Heat over medium-low heat, stirring regularly, until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
- Slice the grilled chicken breasts and arrange them on a serving plate.
- Drizzle the satay sauce over the chicken.
