Garlic Butter Steak Bites
These Garlic Butter Steak Bites are a great meal for a Friday night treat.

Ingredients
- 450g sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak cubes in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
- Cook the steak bites for about 2 minutes on each side, depending on your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the pan and set them aside.
- In the same pan, reduce the heat to medium.
- Add the butter and let it melt.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Return the cooked steak bites to the pan and toss them in the garlic butter until well-coated.
- Add the fresh thyme leaves and stir to combine.
- Transfer the garlic butter steak bites to a serving plate.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or a salad.
