Ed’s Kitchen Tools

As you probably guessed, I’m all about saving time when it comes to cooking.

I absolutely love to cook, but I also enjoy getting out and enjoying my life too. That’s why I created Ed’s Easy Meals after all.

Therefore, when I’m looking for tools I use in the kitchen, I’m always optimising for speed, but without compromising on taste and flavour.

With that said, here’s a few of the kitchen tools I use to help create my easy meals.

Carote Nonstick Granite Cookware Sets 10Pcs Stone Cookware Set

Your pans are one of the most important things you have in your kitchen so they need to be good. This is the set I use and for the price, it’s great value.

Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Digital Air Fryer

Easy meals and air fryers go hand in hand. If you want to save time with your cooking, this air fryer from Ninja is my top pick.

ACCUWEIGHT 201 Digital Kitchen Scales

I love making sure that my portion sizes are correct, so these scales are my go-to choice for measuring.

Geedel Rotary Cheese Grater

This works incredibly well for julienning when you fancy making homemade courgetti. It’s also great for quickly grating cheese or just about anything else.

Vegetable Chopper Vegetable Cutter

Don’t get me wrong, chopping up veg is one of my favourite things about cooking. But when I’m short on time, this chopper works wonders and can blitz through your vegetables in no time at all.

SHAN ZU Damascus Knife Set

As mentioned, I really do enjoy chopping. So I decided to treat myself to a really nice set of knives that work brilliantly. You don’t have to get these, but having a knife that sits well in your hand and has some weight behind it makes chopping up food much more enjoyable.

Silicone Clip-On Colander

Whoever invented this kitchen gadget needs an award. I’ve never been a fan of using a colander, but this works so well and means I’m not losing half my pasta down the sink.

JML Electric Can Opener

It’s not quite an essential, but it certainly makes life a little easier.

Nestblend Nonstick Kitchen Utensils Set

This 38-piece set has every utensil I could possibly need to cook up something quick and easy for dinner.

Woputne Blow Torch

Speed cooking is great but sometimes I just need a little help to get dishes to how I like them. This blow torch allows me to add the finishing colour and taste to certain recipes.

MasterChef Lemon Zester Grater

Everyone should have a zester in their life and this one is my favourite. It works so well for fine grating to add that little extra to meals.

MasterChef Lemon Zester Grater

I like using plenty of fresh herbs, which means having to deal with stems. This easily removes leaves and also has an edge for cutting.

Lantana Smart Sharp Knife Sharpener

There’s nothing more annoying than trying to chop something with a blunt knife. This sharpener works wonders for me.

Meat Tenderizer Mallet

Tenderising your meat not only makes it taste better, it also helps to speed up the cooking process. This stainless steel mallet is my top pick.
