Easy Breakfast Wrap
I love making this Easy Breakfast Wrap when I want something more interesting than cereal. It’s quick and super delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp salsa
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add some butter.
- Once the butter is melted, pour in the egg mixture.
- Stir gently with a spatula until the eggs are cooked through but still soft.
- Lay out each flour tortilla on a flat surface.
- Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among the tortillas, placing them in the centre of each.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs.
- Add crumbled bacon, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, spinach leaves and salsa on top.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to form a wrap.
