- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lemon

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.

- While the cauliflower is cooking, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- Serve the buffalo cauliflower bites with the blue cheese sauce and a sprinkling of fresh parsley.
- Drizzle with additional buffalo sauce if you like them extra spicy.
