Ingredients
- 1 pre-made flatbread
- 1 large pear, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup rocket
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C.
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Arrange the thinly sliced pear evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and chopped walnuts over the pears.
- Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is golden and crispy.
- Remove the flatbread from the oven.
- Drizzle honey over the top.
- Scatter fresh rocket over and garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
