Grilled Chicken with Satay Sauce

Another classic in my household is this Grilled Chicken with Satay Sauce which can be made quickly and tastes so incredible.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your griddle pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked through (depending on size).
  4. In a small saucepan, combine the coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic and grated ginger.
  5. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring regularly, until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
  6. Slice the grilled chicken breasts and arrange them on a serving plate.
  7. Drizzle the satay sauce over the chicken.
