Spicy Korean Chicken Wings
These Spicy Korean Chicken Wings are a fan favourite and so easy to create.

Ingredients
- 450g chicken wings
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 spring onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken wings and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
- Reduce the heat to medium and pour the sauce over the chicken wings.
- Toss the wings in the sauce until they are evenly coated and the sauce is heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Transfer the spicy Korean chicken wings to a serving plate.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with chopped spring onions.
