Jalapeño Stuffed Bell Peppers
I’m a huge fan of these Jalapeño Stuffed Bell Peppers for a delicious simple meal with a bit of a spice kick.

Ingredients
- 12 small bell peppers, halved and seeds removed
- 115g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- fresh coriander
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, minced garlic, crumbled bacon, spring onions, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Using a spoon or a small spatula, fill each mini bell pepper half with the cream cheese mixture, mounding it slightly on top.
- Drizzle the stuffed peppers with olive oil.
- Bake in the air fryer for 8 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the filling is bubbly and golden.
- Remove and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
