Easy Breakfast Wrap

I love making this Easy Breakfast Wrap when I want something more interesting than cereal. It’s quick and super delicious.

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add some butter.
  3. Once the butter is melted, pour in the egg mixture.
  4. Stir gently with a spatula until the eggs are cooked through but still soft.
  5. Lay out each flour tortilla on a flat surface.
  6. Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among the tortillas, placing them in the centre of each.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs.
  8. Add crumbled bacon, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, spinach leaves and salsa on top.
  9. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to form a wrap.
