  2. Add cumin, salt, and pepper to taste, and blend again. If the hummus is too thick, add a little water or more olive oil to reach the desired consistency.
  3. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Spread a generous layer of hummus over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Arrange a layer of spinach leaves over the hummus.
  6. Add slices of cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
  7. Tightly roll up the tortillas to enclose the fillings.
  8. Cut each wrap in half diagonally.
