Buffalo Cauliflower Bites with Blue Cheese Sauce

A treat for midweek, this Buffalo Cauliflower Bites with Blue Cheese Sauce is a big favourite in my household!

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Gradually whisk in the milk until the batter is smooth.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, making sure each piece is well coated.
  4. Place the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd to ensure they get crispy.
  5. Cook the cauliflower for about 8 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  6. While the cauliflower is cooking, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter in a large bowl.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Once the cauliflower is cooked, toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  9. Serve the buffalo cauliflower bites with the blue cheese sauce and a sprinkling of fresh parsley.
  10. Drizzle with additional buffalo sauce if you like them extra spicy.
