  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, chilli powder, garlic powder, cumin, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and pepper. Add the prawns and toss to coat. Marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, carrot, coriander, lime juice, honey, and salt.
  3. In a blender, combine the avocado, Greek yoghurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
  4. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Warm tortillas in a pan or on a grill for about 30 seconds on each side or until they are heated through and slightly charred.
  6. On each tortilla, lay slaw, top with a few prawns, drizzle with avocado lime sauce and garnish with fresh coriander.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
