Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl
My Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl is fresh and very easy to make, but most importantly, it tastes amazing.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can tuna in oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1-2 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 small carrot, julienned or grated
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- pickled ginger, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- In a medium bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the tuna is evenly coated.
- Scoop the cooked rice into a bowl as the base layer. Neatly arrange the sliced avocado, diced cucumber, and julienned carrot over the rice.
- Spoon the spicy tuna mixture over the rice.
- Sprinkle the chopped spring onions and sesame seeds over the top of the spicy tuna.
- Add a small amount of pickled ginger on the side of the bowl and enjoy.
