Quick Yakisoba Noodles

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 cup grated cabbage
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 pack of yakisoba noodles, pre-cooked
- ¼ cup water
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and sugar. Set aside.
- Add sesame oil to a pan at a medium heat.
- Toss in garlic and onions, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
- Add the yakisoba noodles to the pan. Pour in ¼ cup water to loosen the noodles.
- Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through and fully separated.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss everything together until well-coated and heated through.
- Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds before serving.
