10-Minute Margherita Flatbread Pizza

This quick and easy Margherita Flatbread Pizza delivers the classic flavours of a pizza in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flatbreads
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup marinara sauce or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • fresh basil leaves 
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Brush both sides of the flatbreads lightly with olive oil. 
  3. Spread an even layer of marinara sauce over the flatbread.
  4. Top with slices of fresh mozzarella and tomato.
  5. Sprinkle with dried oregano and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the flatbreads directly into the oven.
  7. Bake for 4-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.
  8. Remove the flatbreads from the oven and immediately scatter fresh basil leaves over the top.
  9. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  10. Slice and serve hot!
