Tuscan Garlic Chicken Wraps
These flavourful Tuscan Garlic Chicken Wraps are packed with tender garlic chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy Tuscan-inspired dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup baby spinach or arugula
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and season with garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly golden. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1-2 tablespoons of the Tuscan dressing over it.
- Layer spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, sliced red onion, grated Parmesan, and cooked chicken on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
