Ingredients
- 500g pork tenderloin (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the pork bites with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork bites and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, stirring well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the pork bites to the pan and toss to coat them in the honey garlic sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to glaze the pork.
- Transfer the honey garlic pork bites to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and sesame seeds.
