Ingredients

  • 500g pork tenderloin (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the pork bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork bites and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, stirring well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return the pork bites to the pan and toss to coat them in the honey garlic sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to glaze the pork.
  6. Transfer the honey garlic pork bites to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and sesame seeds.
