Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 100g chorizo, sliced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- hot sauce
- sour cream
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook for about 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the sliced chorizo and cook for 2 minutes until browned and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Lay the tortillas flat and divide the cooked chicken and chorizo evenly between them.
- Add grated cheese, red onion slices and spinach.
- Drizzle with sour cream and a few drops of hot sauce.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll them up tightly.
- Heat a clean pan or grill pan over medium heat and lightly toast each wrap for about 1 minute per side, until golden and crispy, and the cheese has melted inside.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra sour cream or hot sauce on the side.
